On this episode, Amanda Head is joined by West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey to discuss the United States Supreme Court’s decision to overturn the decades-old Chevron doctrine. This move aims to limit the federal government’s ability to wield power through delegating rather than through Congressional legislation. Attorney General Morrisey offers his insights on the impactful West Virginia v. EPA decision, which he views as a precursor to this significant change by the high court.

Additionally, Head and Morrisey, who is also West Virginia’s Republican gubernatorial nominee, discuss the Supreme Court’s decision to side with President Trump on defining presidential immunity, granting him the same protections that previous presidents, such as Obama, Bush, and Clinton, have had. Nevertheless, General Morrisey says although the court “addressed some of the immediate issues,” when it comes to immunity, he believes, “there’s still a lot of ambiguity” with, “some further questioning down the road.”

He needs to defeat the puppet masters who are holding Biden up.’ However, there is major disarray within the Democratic Party right now following Biden’s abysmal debate performance, leaving Harrington to predict that Joe Biden will be uninstalled as the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee and replaced. Furthermore, Harrington praises the 2024 GOP presumptive nominee and her former boss, President Trump, several times throughout the episode for showing up and participating in this ‘dog and pony show.’

Head asked about the support group or assistance that was made available to her and her family when he was diagnosed, as well as what education looked like for him.

Cariello talks about how puberty and autism don’t necessarily mix, but how her son did end up finishing his education despite the additional difficulties. What is important to recognize, which is discussed within Cariello’s latest book, “Half My Sky,” is how there are a lot of educational institutions that do not fit the profile and daily needs of a neurodiverse individual. However, after a thorough and lengthy search, Cariello found Jack a program that continues to help him develop personal and professional skills, like getting a dish-washing job at a local restaurant.
