Academia Unburied: How radical progressives try to alter world history through cancel culture and skeletal remains

On this episode of the podcast, host Amanda Head dives deep into the contentious world of academic research with Professor Emeritus of Anthropology at San Jose State University and author Dr. Elizabeth Weiss, known for her truth-telling book, “On the Warpath: My Battles With Indians, Pretendians, and Woke Warriors.” They explore the critical tension between identity politics and objective truth, particularly in the fields of anthropology and forensic science. Dr. Weiss argues that the reburial of skeletal remains without clear tribal connections obstructs the education of future forensic anthropologists and results in the loss of invaluable historical information. The duo also unpacks the increasingly complex and polarized landscape of academic discourse in America today, challenging everyone to reconsider the priorities and practices within scholarly research.

Convention Coverage: Amanda Head recounts the failed assassination attempt on Trump, Carrie Sheffield on ‘Make America Wealthy Again’ theme

On this episode of the podcast, show host Amanda Head recounts the failed assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump’s life over the weekend. Through grief, anger, and shock, the patriotic people of our great nation have many questions that need to be answered by the top federal intelligence and law enforcement or protection agencies in charge of protecting VIPs, diplomats, and our presidential candidates.

Nevertheless, Republicans from across the nation have flocked to Milwaukee, Wisconsin’s Fiserv Forum arena to nominate former President Donald Trump for the third consecutive time. The 45th President clinched the nomination back in March amassing the 1,125 needed for victory. Now, in just a few short hours, the 2024 Republican National Convention will be gaveled in by party leadership and the estimated 2,400 delegates from around the country will begin to hear from various speakers including politicians, entertainers, faith and business leaders.

Today’s convention theme is, “Make America Wealthy Once Again,” a nod to the successful economic policies enacted under the Trump Administration between 2016 and 2020. The presumptive GOP Nominee Donald Trump has promised once again to “usher in a new age of prosperity” should he return to the White House in January of 2025.

American columnist, author and Independent Women’s Forum Senior Policy Analyst Carrie Sheffield joins Amanda Head to dive into economic policies that can lead to prosperity, including lowering taxes and taking a tough stance on China. The pair contrast Trump’s success in the White House with the economic implications and turmoil of the Biden administration’s policies, highlighting the impact of the Green New Deal and federal spending on inflation and the country’s high debt burden.

Sheffield also opens up about her personal experiences with trauma, including childhood abuse and neglect, and she talks about her new book, “Motorhome Prophecies: A Journey of Healing and Forgiveness”. You can order your copy on Amazon today.
